What we can offer

WML offer a comprehensive suite of refurbishments, including Re-roofing and roofline works, Cavity Wall Insulation Extraction and insertion, replacement doors & windows, loft insulation, ACM removals, External Wall Insulation, including ArtBrick finishes and environmental works. We have also undertaken kitchen & bathroom replacements.

We are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and Competent Roofer, so we are able to self-certify our re-roofing works; along with our EWI (through BBA) and our window and door replacements – through FENSA. We are Gas Safe Registered, and have in house Gas Managers to support our works.

We are approved installers of a wide number of roofing and EWI systems, so we are able to offer you a variety of finishes and looks to enhance your housing stock, that not only improves the thermal efficiency of the property, but updates the aesthetics of the homes, making some of them look like new homes.

We are able to replicate brick finishes and colourways to overcome planning issues and maintain local heritage appearances. We are experienced in undertaking extensive environmental works to these homes also, including making new paths, ramps, fencing and adaptations for Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). There are a number of before and after photographs included on this website for you to view the transformations for yourself, along with a range of case studies, which also gives you the before and after pictures, but also offer more information about the full range of works we undertook on that scheme.

We believe in giving back to the communities in which we work, and over the years there have been many varying ways in which we have assisted the local communities.
